Built by importers who
got tired of guessing.
Titan Chain started with a container stuck at Karachi for nineteen days over a four-digit classification argument. The cargo was fine. The paperwork was not. Nobody in the chain would own the problem.
The gap we exist to close.
China–Pakistan trade is one of the densest corridors on earth, and it is still run largely on trust, WhatsApp and improvisation. An importer in Faisalabad typically deals with a Chinese trading company they cannot verify, a forwarder who disappears after the vessel sails, and a clearing agent who explains the bill after the money is spent.
We rebuilt that chain as a single accountable service with software underneath it. One party sources the goods, inspects them, moves them, clears them and delivers them — and shows you every cost and every milestone as it happens.
Our thesis is simple: the next decade of Pakistani trade will be won by businesses that can price and plan imports precisely. That requires data, not relationships alone. So we build tools, publish our benchmarks, and let clients audit us against our own quotes.
Global vision
Two corridors today, twelve by 2030 — Gulf, Central Asia, East Africa and Europe on the same platform.
Technology first
Every operational decision produces data, and every piece of data makes the next quote sharper.
Radical transparency
Landed cost quoted up front, reconciled line by line at delivery. No destination-charge surprises.
Bilingual on both ends
Mandarin in the factory, Urdu and English at the port. Nothing is lost in translation.
Seven years, one corridor at a time.
Founded in Karachi
Started as a two-person clearing desk after nineteen days of a container sitting over a classification dispute nobody would own. First month: four shipments.
Guangzhou office opens
Moved sourcing in-house rather than relying on Chinese trading partners. First factory audits conducted, first consolidated multi-supplier container shipped.
Licensed clearing agent
Secured our own Pakistan Customs agent licence and direct WeBOC filing access — the point at which we could honestly quote DDP and carry the clearance risk ourselves.
Yiwu buying office
Small-commodity coverage added for ecommerce and retail clients. Warehouse consolidation capacity expanded to handle nine-supplier orders as a single shipment.
Client portal launched
Milestone tracking, document vault and reconciled cost statements moved out of email and into software. Quote-versus-actual reporting became standard on every shipment.
Rail and overland corridors
CPEC rail and year-round Khunjerab road capability added, giving inland-China origins a route that bypasses ocean congestion entirely.
The intelligence layer
AI quote engine, customs advisor and sourcing engine deployed across the platform — and published free, because informed importers make better clients.
Who you will actually be dealing with.
Eighty-six people across four offices. These are the desk heads who own your file.
Fifteen years in Pakistani customs and clearance. Started Titan Chain after one dispute too many.
Runs the Guangzhou and Yiwu desks. Twelve years sourcing and factory auditing across Guangdong and Zhejiang.
Leads classification, valuation defence and regulatory approvals. Former customs appraiser.
Carrier relationships, space allocation and lane pricing across sea, air, road and rail.
How we behave when it gets difficult.
Bad news travels fastest
If a vessel rolls or customs raises a query, you hear it the same hour with options attached — not a week later with an apology.
We quote landed, not freight
Anyone can quote a low ocean rate. We quote the number that leaves your bank account, including duty, taxes, port and delivery.
Inspect before you pay
No client of ours releases balance payment on a supplier's word. Photos, video and an AQL report, or the goods do not ship.
